Orders will be processed once payment is made. Payment is expected at the time of check out unless other terms have been negotiated.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as unusually high order volume or around show schedules, expected processing time may be longer; a message will be posted to give an accurate expectation of processing time.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays.

Items may be cancelled only if permitted by Oceana Beads for extenuating circumstances or accidents. Please look through the order carefully before submitting payment. Also, please contact Oceana Beads right away with any cancellation requests. If cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the order has been placed, seller may retain a 15% restocking fee for cancelled merchandise that has already been processed. Once the order has shipped cancellation will not be accepted.
All orders Domestic and International will ship via USPS Priority Mail (shipment of replacement goods may be sent First class mail). An email with tracking number (as available for the region being shipped to) will be sent to the email address provided by you once your order has shipped.
Shipping fees include carrier shipping costs, handling and insurance.

We can not guarantee these approximate delivery times. These are estimates given by the US Postal Service or shipping Carriers for shipping services.
Please note: International shipments may be delayed if held up in Customs. Any Customs duties due are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to research duties on shipments to their country before purchasing. If a shipment comes back to Oceana Beads because of customer refusal to pay their respective duties, a refund amount - less the 15% merchandise restocking fee and seller's shipping cost incurred - may be given at seller's discretion.
Shipping insurance will be added to all orders. It is our goal to fully reimburse you for undelivered or lost packages & your patience and cooperation is appreciated. Refunds will be given for undelivered shipments. Please note: Reimbursement can only occur with customer cooperation in following the steps required by our SHIPPING INSURANCE provider's policy.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and returns may be considered if the buyer contacts Oceana Beads within the first 14 days immediately following the date of delivery. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent. If the buyer is not happy with an item a return may be negotiated. Returns are granted on a case-by-case basis, however we do not accept exchanges. When merchandise is returned a new order will need to be placed if the buyer wishes to receive different merchandise to replace the returned goods.
Buyer must be aware of the item description/details before purchasing. If the item matches the description and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller will retain a 15% restocking fee for merchandise eligible for return, and return shipping and costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If over half of the original order value is returned, seller will retain a 15% restocking fee based on the value of the returned merchandise, and return shipping and costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be given once returned merchandise is received. All merchandise must be returned in the same exact condition in which it was delivered. This includes packaging, stringing and bundling. Refunds will not be given for broken strands or opened packages.
The seller is not responsible if any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer. Merchandise is not meant for children. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
